Since a young age, I've enjoyed giving massage to my family and always thought I'd be a Masseuse. Upon completing a 600 hour massage certification training at Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, North Carolina I moved to Vermont and began my work as a Massage Therapist.

My massage style brings forth a deeply relaxed state, often described as taking you to another place. Guided by the intention of restoring health naturally with the goal to bring optimum functioning to the body and mind, I use a balance of firm and soft pressure to move slowly in and out of muscle bellies, spending extra time in areas of need. I particularly enjoy integrating Neuromuscular / Trigger-Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Reiki.

With a foundation built upon natural health, movement based practices, meditation and relationship with nature, I wish to help others achieve a deep awareness of inner peace and balance by uplifting my clients and supporting their healing of physical and emotional trauma.

I look forward to meeting you on your healing journey!

My journey into massage therapy began when I attended Johnson State College in 2012 with a focus in alternative medicine. Going forward from that experience, I knew that bodywork would be a lifelong passion of mine. In 2020, I went forward to pursue a 500 hour shiatsu certification from the Zen Shiatsu School of Vermont in Brattleboro, VT.

In my treatments, I aim to strengthen my client's ability to self-heal by first diagnosing any energetic disharmonies within their body. I follow by stretching, rotating and applying balanced pressure to energetic pathways (meridians) along the body.

I strive to inspire deep and lasting positive changes within my clients through mindful and nurturing touch.

I enjoy spending my time hiking in the mountains, biking, gardening and playing music.

Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I look forward to working with you!
